About the Association
The MPRC Holly Oaks Homeowners Association exists to protect property values, maintain the character of our streets, and make Holly Oaks a place residents are proud to call home. Day-to-day operations are guided by an elected volunteer board of homeowners.

Streetlights are maintained by Oncor, not the HOA. Report outages directly at oncorstreetlight.com for the quickest repair.

The Members Area is private and password-protected. It contains the board meeting calendar, approved meeting minutes, financial reports, board communications, and other documents available only to MPRC Holly Oaks homeowners. To request the members password, please email the board — once your membership is verified, the board will share the current password with you.
